[ GOOD GRACIOUS! ]

so i didn't realize that it has been 6 months since i've posted! it has been a busy, but good, 6 months though!! the last blog was from july so i will go from there. august: deer season started. i didn't get to go out to the club much this hunting season [due to my work duties] but the times i was out there, we had a great time. killed quite a bit of deer and had some really good venison stew!! october was Reed's birthday and Dustin got married =) November was thanksgiving and time with the family!! also a promotion at work. i'm now the manager at the west ashley bootjack! and of course, December. more family, my 22nd birthday AND christmas! and boy was it busy!! i'm very happy with all the gifts i received. i'm also very content with my life right now. i love my family and i love my job. i can't ask for anything better. seeing them all this christmas season made me realize how lucky i am to have so many people in my life that love and care for me. no matter what life may bring you, the people you love will love you in return NO MATTER WHAT. and my friends.. i can't forget yall. thank you everyone. so this is the start of 2010. i have set some goals, we shall see if i stick with them, and am ready to take on the new year. i'm looking forward to quite a few things this year. i have a feeling that great things will come as the year goes on!!

[ GREAT Holiday Weekend ]

how our weekend happened:

-woke up friday morning
-packed all of our goodies for the weekend
-went to walmart to get our fishing/hunting licenses
-hit the road, headed for the hunting club
-went out in the boat, did some fishing and riding
-caught some catfish
-hung out with good friends
-had yummy chicken enchiladas for dinner
-passed out, ready for the 4th!
-woke up with 3 catfish on the lines =)
-rode around in the boat, did some fishing
-headed to the sand bar, anchored the boat
-hung out with lots of friends and family
-hung out a little more on the sand bar...
-walked across the river since the tide was so low
-came back to the dock, showered & got comfy
-had lasanga for dinner! good stuff
-hung out, had some drinks & celebrated the 4th!
-sunday we hung out, packed up and headed back home
-ended the night with a nice dinner & some movies

it was a great weekend overall and i'm so glad i got to spend it with the people i love at the place i love. but back to the work week...

happy birthday goes out to my dad and E Milly =)

[ Summer! ]

what a busy week! last monday we celebrated Memorial Day, Austin's 6th birthday and Harold's birthday. lots of presents and good cake! reed and bennett also caught a 50 lb. catfish at the club. we found out that evan will graduate from WAHS! yay! graduation is Friday morning! the boys will be out of school next week for the summer! summer time is here! that's all for now. later yall.

[ Fun Weekend ]

this weekend was quite fun. spent most of it at the huntin club. a lot of hangin out, fishin, boat ridin.. just enjoying the beauty of the woods. oh how i've missed it! planning on going back out there this weekend to celebrate Austin's birthday, Harold's birthday and Memorial Day. good stuff. very excited! but check out that catfish... 40 lbs! good job babe!

[ ink idea ]

so i think i've decided to get this tat. i want to even out the top of the heart so it will be easier to see the treble cleff and as far as color, i'm thinking simple black. my next tat can be plenty of color.
anymore suggestions anyone?
